As an outcome of the Buyer Consultation, we will —

  • Set up an automated home search so you are alerted of homes that match your criteria faster than you would on any other source (including Zillow, Trulia, and Redfin)

  • Identify homes that are on-market - and also pre-market and off-market listings -so you're aware of all relevant property inventory

  • Preview homes together so we can fine tune your preferences

Making Offers and Managing the Escrow Process

Once you've identified the home you're most interested in, it's time to win! We will —

  • Review the property disclosures and comparable sales 

  • Create a strategy for getting your offer accepted

  • Manage the escrow-to-close process and navigate you through until the keys are in your hands

After You Have the Keys
